Electronic withdrawal function
This function lets you declare the withdrawal of your contract directly in the shop. No customer account is needed: the order number and the e-mail address used for the order are enough.
- Withdraw from contract Vertrag widerrufen — You open the function and enter the order number and e-mail address. Nothing is declared at this step.
- Confirm withdrawal Widerruf bestätigen — You give your name, choose the whole contract or individual items and confirm the e-mail address. Only this second click declares the withdrawal.
Immediately afterwards we send you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail. It carries the content of your declaration and the date and time it reached us.
You will find the withdrawal button in the footer of every page of this shop and, if you have a customer account, with every order in your account. It stays reachable for the whole withdrawal period.
